Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Website design is optional, and the automations work with the site you already have.
Who writes the words?
We write them from what you tell us on the call. You read every page and change anything before it goes live.
Do I need my own domain?
If you have one, we connect it. If not, you can buy one in your own name (usually $10–20 a year) and we set it up with you on a call or screen share, or we buy it for you, in your name, at no extra cost.
What’s included in Care?
Changes included. Small changes are usually done within one day. Bigger ones, like a new page, are often included too. We’ll agree on them with you first. Care also covers hosting, the padlock (SSL), backups, and keeping the chatbot and booking connected. It does not cover your domain renewal (unless we bought the domain for you), email or ads.
What if I leave?
You can cancel at any time, by call, text or email, with no notice period, no lock-in and no cancellation fee. The domain is yours, and you get the site’s files. Hosting stops when payment does. The full terms.
