Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Atomx LLC (“Atomx.Pro”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it — including the mobile phone numbers we use to send appointment reminder text messages.
Who we are
Atomx.Pro is a service of Atomx LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We build and operate customer communication automations — online booking, appointment reminders, review requests, lead follow-up and chat — on behalf of local businesses (our “clients”). Some of the information described below is collected directly by us; some is collected by us on behalf of a client business you are dealing with.
Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and mobile phone number, when you book an appointment, submit a contact form, or interact with a chat widget we operate.
- Appointment details — the date and time you book, and the business you booked with.
- Consent records — whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
- Basic technical data — IP address and request metadata, used only for security and abuse prevention (for example, rate-limiting booking submissions).
We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm and manage the appointment you requested.
- To send you transactional messages about that appointment — an email confirmation, and an SMS reminder before your appointment time, if you opted in.
- To send a follow-up review request by email after your visit, where the business you visited uses that service.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To keep the service secure and working correctly.
Mobile information and text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide your mobile number and tick the consent box when booking an appointment, you are opting in to receive automated SMS appointment reminders from the business you booked with, sent through Atomx.Pro.
- Message frequency: up to 2 messages per appointment booked. We do not send recurring marketing messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance, or email nikolai@atomx.pro.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can book an appointment without opting in.
We use Twilio as our messaging provider solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. Twilio is a service provider, not a marketing partner, and does not use your number for its own purposes.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:
- The business you booked with — so they can serve you.
- Service providers who operate the system on our behalf — Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and OpenRouter together with the AI providers it routes to, including Anthropic (the assistants that answer on our website and by text message). Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us, and none of them use it to train their models.
- Where the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid legal process.
As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as required to honour your preferences.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS at any time.
- Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any review-request email. It takes effect immediately, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too. Appointment confirmations for bookings you make are still sent, as they form part of the booking.
- Email nikolai@atomx.pro to request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled, encrypted-at-rest databases. Access is limited to the credentials our own backend uses; we do not expose customer data to public or client-side keys.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting SMS will be reflected here before they take effect.
