Off your plate, onto ours

Automation built for
the trades

When something breaks, people call three companies and hire whoever answers first. You're on a job, not by the phone. We build and run the follow-up that catches the work you'd otherwise lose — instant replies, review requests, booking, reminders. Set up end to end by us, and free for the first two weeks.

What we do

How we help you win more work

Seven automations. Each one does a single job: catch the work you're losing, keep your schedule full, or build the reputation that gets you called in the first place. Open any of them to see how it works.

Pricing

Nothing upfront, nothing to sign

Pick one, pick three, or take all seven. No contract, no cancellation process, and nothing to pay before you've watched it work.

Two weeks completely free — you only pay if you keep it. We build it, switch it on, and let it run on your real customers for two weeks at no charge. On day fifteen you're billed only if you want to keep it. If you don't, we turn it off and you owe nothing — not a dime, no cancellation fee, nothing.

Buying them one at a time to skip the setup fee costs you more, not less. On Never Miss a Job you'd save $199 in the first month and then pay $298 extra every month after — you're behind by week six, and about $3,000 down over a year to avoid a one-off $497.

We build it and show you the finished site before you pay anything. Don't want it? You owe nothing — we've wasted our time, not yours. The $1,500 is due only once you're happy, and can be split into two payments. The monthly covers hosting and unlimited changes, and it's free on Complete.

Want a different mix?

These three are just the combinations trades ask for most — not a menu you're stuck with. Want the SMS assistant and reviews but nothing else? Booking on its own? Five of the seven? Tell us which ones you want and we'll price that exact mix on the call.

Tell Us What You Need

How the billing works: you save a card when we start, and it is not charged. On day fifteen the setup fee — if your package has one — and your first month are charged together, and only if you are keeping it. It is monthly from there, and you can cancel any time, a month in or a year in, with nothing charged again. Everyone who continues past the free fortnight pays the setup fee and that first month — there are no exceptions — and a payment already taken is not refunded: the two weeks running free are there so you never pay for something you have not already watched work. The one exception is a mistake on our side, such as a wrong amount or a double charge, which we put right. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure page and never reach our systems. Full terms are in our terms of service.

Why response time decides it

Most inquiries are won or lost in the first five minutes

These are published industry findings on lead response times — not our own client results. They're the reason our first automation is always the one that answers for you.

78%

of customers buy from whichever business responds to their inquiry first.

391%

higher conversion when a lead is contacted within the first minute, versus later.

42h

is the average time businesses take to respond — and 63% never respond at all.

Figures compiled from published lead-response research, including Verse.ai and Kixie. Atomx.Pro is a new business and does not yet publish its own client results.

How we work

Our delivery process

Five stages from first phone call to something running quietly in the background. You're only involved in two of them — and we tell you exactly what we need and when, so nothing lands on you unexpectedly.

1

Discovery call

Ten minutes on how your business actually runs — how customers reach you, and what keeps slipping.

2

We recommend

We tell you which automation would make the biggest difference first, and why. Often it isn't the one you expected.

3

We build it

Set up end to end, with every message written in your voice. Nothing goes live before you've read it.

4

Two weeks free

It runs on your real customers, so you judge it on results rather than a sales pitch.

5

Keep or walk

Keep it and it keeps running. Don't, and you walk away having paid nothing.

Built around you

Made to fit your business, free for the first two weeks

Nothing we build is off the shelf. Every automation and every website is shaped around how you actually work — and you get two weeks of it running for real before you decide whether to pay for it.

Every word is yours

You decide what each message says, how it sounds, and when it goes out. We write a first version in your voice, then change it as many times as you want. Nothing is ever sent that you haven't approved.

Built to how you work

Your hours, your timing, your rules. Reminders go out when you want them. Review requests land when it suits your job cycle. The chatbot answers with your policies — not a generic template someone else is using too.

Two weeks free, every time

Every automation and every website starts with two weeks free — not a demo or a limited version, the real thing running on your real customers. Add a second automation later and it gets its own two weeks too.

Change it whenever

Changed your mind on the wording, the timing, or how the site looks? Tell us and we'll change it. No limit on revisions, no charge for small edits. It's your business — the setup should keep up with it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does it cost?
A single automation runs from $149 to $349 a month depending which one, with no setup fee. The three most trades start with — missed-call text-back, the SMS assistant and review requests — are $499 a month together plus a one-off $497 setup. All seven are $799 a month plus $797 setup. Websites are separate: $1,500 once you're happy with the finished site, then $99 a month for hosting and unlimited changes, and that monthly is free if you're on Complete. Nothing at all is paid upfront — the setup fee and the first month are both charged on day fifteen, and only if you decide to keep it. If you don't, we switch it off and you owe nothing.
When exactly am I charged, and can I get a refund?
You save a card at the start and nothing is taken from it. On day fifteen, if you’re keeping it, the setup fee — if your package has one — and your first month are charged together to that card. That charge applies to everyone who carries on past the free fortnight; there’s no version of continuing without it. After that it’s the monthly, on the same date each month. You can cancel at any point, a month in or six months in, and you won’t be charged again. Cancel before day fifteen and you pay nothing at all.

On refunds: what’s already been paid isn’t refunded, and that includes the day-fifteen charge — the two weeks running completely free are there so you never pay for something you haven’t already seen working on your own customers, and cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing a past one. The one exception is a mistake on our side. If you’re charged the wrong amount, charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or we don’t deliver what was agreed, we put it right and refund it — that’s our error, not a change of mind.
Do you work with my trade?
We're built around urgent call-outs — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmiths, roofing, garage doors, drain and septic, water damage and restoration, appliance repair. That's where answering first decides who gets the job, so it's where this makes the biggest difference. The list isn't a wall, though: if you're a landscaper, builder or anything adjacent and you like the look of it, ask. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth your time.
Why emergency trades specifically?
Because that's where speed actually decides it. When a pipe bursts or someone's locked out, they call three companies and go with whoever picks up — so a reply in seconds is worth real money. A customer planning a patio collects quotes over two weeks; answering instantly is nice, but it doesn't win the job the same way. We'd rather be genuinely good at the case where it matters most than write vague copy that fits everybody.
Do I need a new website for any of this?
No. The chatbot, booking form and everything else are added to whatever website you already have. Website design is a separate service you can take or leave.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short conversation about how your business runs, and — for review requests — your customers' names and emails. That has to come from your own records; there's no other way for us to get it. The date of service helps too, since that's what lets the email go out at the right moment.
Do I have to keep sending you a customer list?
No. The usual setup is a shared spreadsheet you add customers to as you go, which we check on a schedule. A direct connection to your own booking or CRM software is in development — ask us where that's up to.
Can I change what the messages say?
Yes, all of it. Wording, tone and timing are yours, and nothing goes out that you haven't approved. Every review-request email carries an unsubscribe link that removes someone immediately, and texts stop the moment a customer replies STOP.
How long does setup take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours from the point we have what we need from you.
Does the SMS assistant actually hold a conversation?
Yes — it reads what someone texts and answers properly, rather than firing back one canned line. It knows your prices, hours, the area you cover and the jobs you don't take on, and it can book straight into your calendar. Where it isn't sure, it says so and passes the conversation to you instead of guessing. You see every message and can take over whenever you like.
How do I stop it if I change my mind?
Call or text. Everything stops within a day and you won't be charged again. There's no contract and no cancellation process to go through — the two weeks free is there so you know it works before you ever pay.
Do you have other clients I can look at?
Not yet — Atomx.Pro is new. That's exactly why everything starts free: you get to judge it on your own results rather than take our word for it or look at someone else's case study.
