These terms govern your use of the Atomx.Pro website and the booking, reminder and messaging services operated by Atomx LLC (“Atomx.Pro”, “we”, “us”). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to them.
SMS messaging program terms
Program: Atomx.Pro sends automated appointment reminder text messages on behalf of the local business you booked with.
- How you opt in. When you book an appointment through an Atomx.Pro booking form, you may tick the consent checkbox to receive SMS appointment reminders. The box is not pre-selected, and consent is not required to book.
- What you will receive. Transactional appointment reminders only — the date, time and business name for the appointment you booked, plus instructions to reschedule or cancel. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
- Message frequency. Up to 2 messages per appointment booked.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
- Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, email nikolai@atomx.pro, or call (307) 205-8899.
- Carriers. Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using our services
- You agree to provide accurate contact details, and to use a phone number and email address that belong to you.
- You agree not to misuse the service — for example by submitting false bookings, attempting to overload the system, or interfering with its security.
- We may decline or cancel a booking that appears fraudulent or abusive.
Appointments
Booking through Atomx.Pro requests an appointment with the business you selected. That business, not Atomx.Pro, provides the service you booked and is responsible for it. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies are set by that business.
Billing and cancellation
If your business buys automations or a website from Atomx, the Client terms are the agreement between us: the 14 free days, the day-15 charge, the reminder email three days before it, canceling any time with no lock-in, refunds, support, your data and websites. You accept them by ticking the box when you save your card. This section does not apply to members of the public booking an appointment through a client’s website.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reminders depend on third-party email and messaging carriers, and we are not liable for messages delayed or not delivered by those carriers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atomx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments resulting from an undelivered reminder. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
